Loyalty Card Scheme
We value our customers for their loyalty and as a thank you we have our loyalty cards.
Collect one stamp on your loyalty card with each visit and on your 10th visit you receive 50% off the price of one treatment of your choice.
1) The loyalty card is for one named person only and cannot be shared
2) The loyalty card is not transferable
3) The loyalty card 50% discount can be redeemed against a selected treatment upto the value of £50, unless the overall spend is £500 then any single full price treatment can be chosen.
4) We do not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards
5) To collect loyalty stamps your loyalty card must be presented at the time of your purchase. It is sole responsibility of the client to get their card stamped before leaving the premises. We cannot be held liable if any of the stamps are missed.
6) The loyalty card has no monetary value and is non refundable and non exchangeable.
7) We reserve the right to a)terminate the scheme b)decline to issue loyalty cards c)alter or amend the terms of the scheme at any time
24 hour Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you . While we understand sometimes schedules change unavoidably we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment .
Please understand that when you forget or cancel without giving us enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time .
Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of reserved service amount.
No shows will result in 100% of the reserved service amount .
For bookings made within the 24 hour period please allow 4 hours before your appointment time to cancel or a 50% charge will be applied.
Those clients on course bookings will have sessions taken from the course to accommodate ‘ no show ‘ sessions .
